Senior Executive Orientation®
The Senior Executive Orientation® Committee organizes, promotes and oversees the Senior Executive Orientation® Program which welcomes and creates experiences to orient newly relocated or recently promoted CEO's or C-suite executives, providing them with rapid understanding and transition to this unique community, and equipping them with important connections and relationships to help them adapt to their new home and work environment.
Senior Executive Orientation® Program classes are held throughout the year. Each class has a duration of six to eight weeks. Program Components
Welcome Package
Key information and access to relevant personal and business contacts, including congressional relations, committee members, community leaders, resources, and priority issues of Miami-Dade County.
Sessions
SEO® is offered by invitation only, twice a year, in the Spring and Fall. A maximum of 25 Senior executives join SEO® Committee members in seven (7) two-hour sessions over twelve weeks for each cohort. The series includes regional initiatives and issues presented by community leaders and influencers.
SEO Connects
During and following graduation from SEO®, participants are encouraged to stay in touch and engage with staff and committee members to assist with networking, information resources, and problem solving. SEO® alumni have the opportunity to deepen their experience and business relationships with special invitations to private networking events organized by The Chamber.
