Robert Ortiz is the Sr. Vice President of People & Culture for the Americas region of Amadeus, the leading global travel technology company.  Robert’s scope encompasses Business Partnerships, Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Operations, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Corporate & Social Responsibility and Mergers & Acquisitions.  Robert’s 20+ years of experience has transversed over various industries including academia, banking, pharmaceuticals and consulting.

Reizel Larrea-Alvarez

Reizel Larrea-Alvarez  is a 2-time Emmy Award-Winning Producer and former investigative journalist for CBS News in Miami. Reizel has been an accomplished entrepreneur for over 25 years across various industries -- from accounting at Deloitte to environmental consulting to journalism to video production, and now, personal development and business coaching. She attributes her success to mastering ONE skill: Negotiation. 

Throughout her career, Reizel has negotiated contracts both nationally and internationally with Fortune 100 companies such as Coca-Cola, Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Dupont, and Firestone. Unafraid to follow her passions, Reizel's mission is to help women align with their worth, ask for what they want, and find synergy within AND with others so they can feel empowered and fulfilled in their personal and professional lives.

Loren Blandon

Loren Blandon is the Global Head of Organizational Development at advertising powerhouse, VML.

She has more than 18 years of experience in human resources and talent management. Loren's fast-growing resume details vast international leadership experience at some of the globe's leading companies, across various sectors, including technology, healthcare, and consumer goods. She joined VML in 2016 as the first Regional Chief People Officer for Latin America. She previously held the position of Global Executive Director of Learning and Experience until her current promotion in 2021.

A true advocate of community engagement, Loren maintains a vibrant presence in her hometown of Miami. Her dedication to empowering women in the professional sphere is evident through her leadership in women's professional development organizations, where she played a pivotal role in shaping the next generation of female leaders.

Loren obtained her Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and a Master’s in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida International University.
