Scholarships are limited to 12th grade students, graduating this semester:

Five scholarships of $2,000 each will be awarded to selected graduating seniors from a Miami-Dade County public high school planning to pursue a career in broadcast journalism, communications, electronic media, digital media or journalism at a South Florida college or university.
The 2017 Jeanne Bellamy Scholarship, named for the first woman chair of the Greater Miami Chamber in 1977-1978. A scholarship of $2,500 will be awarded to a female, high school senior from a Miami-Dade County public high school who intends to pursue a degree in business.
The 2017 Carlos J. Arboleya Jr. Scholarship, a legacy scholarship in the name of Carlos J. Arboleya Jr., son of Chamber Chairman Carlos J. Arboleya who served the organization in its 1992-1993 year. The $2,500 scholarship will be awarded to a male, high school senior from a Miami-Dade County public high school who intends to pursue a degree in business.
Scholarship winners will receive their scholarships in May at their respective schools on a date to be determined by school officials. Winners will also be invited to the Chamber's Trustee Luncheon on May 3 for recognition before the Chamber membership. Seniors who are selected to participate will also have the opportunity to submit an entry into the program's scholarship contest. The annual program will take place March 24 and 25.
