Small Business Goals

Help small business members understand best and most economic opportunities available to them at the Chamber through a "small business track" or "recommended for small businesses:"

• Create a check list, special sponsoship opportunities and vehicles for exposure menu (i.e. display table at Open House, web testimonials, etc.) directed specifically at small businesses

Work collaboratively with other Chamber committees to ensure that small business needs and training are addressed.

Refresh and rebrand, where possible, existing award programs to reflect Miami’s local innovators and entrepreneurial style of business.

• Create a methodology for conversion of nonmember awardees into new members

Explore podcasting events and web-based seminars for small business members so as to increase participation, and ultimately, add value to the membership.
