Membership Growth & Retention Goals
Develop and implement a member-driven campaign to grow new membership, upgrade existing membership engagement and increase sponsorship investment in the Chamber; offering incentives and emphasizing increased value in the Chamber as a marketing tool for business.
Develop and implement member renewal campaign to improve member retention to include incentives for renewals and a focus on the value proposition and return on membership investment.
Create membership events and programs that add value for current members and serves to attract nonmembers including Trustee and Chairman’s Circle receptions and events, new member orientations and business matchmaking events.
Develop an enhanced Ambassador Program to assist new Trustee members through partnership and orientation to more quickly engage them and deepen their involvement in the Chamber.
The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce Membership Campaign is an annual all volunteer driven initiative that is designed to not only recognize and reward members for bringing in new memberships, sponsorships and advertising but also set a platform in which companies gain marketing visibility as a result of their hard work. Within the span of the campaign members have the opportunity to attend complimentary networking receptions, win prizes, and have an opportunity to earn a spot on the Campaign Victory Trip. This
is a great way for members to get involved and stand out amongst top business leaders in South Florida.
