Membership Retention & Customer Service Goals

• Expand the ambassador program by developing and providing training for all ambassadors so they understand and familiarize themselves with the functioning of Chamber committees.
• Update the Chamber website to create more user-friendly online access to committee resources and staff.
• Create a mini profile card for ambassadors with key points about the Committee, its mission and contact information.
• Create and assign table to ambassadors who act as hosts/greeters at monthly Trustee luncheons and other Chamber events encouraging members to maximize their membership by participation.
