Human Resources & Business Education Goals

Revive business education and collaborate with other Chamber committees to ensure educational business and HR topics deliver timely, relevant and impactful information.

Expand collaboration, marketing and PR outreach efforts within the Chamber and other organizations (i.e., industry associations, nonprofit institutions, and universities among others):

• Create successful sponsored seminars and events that address current hot topics and provide a revenue source for the Chamber
• Explore parnternships with universities to leverage small business/entrepreneurial educational resources for Chamber members' benefit

Finalize web portal that will highlight HR and business education issues while leveraging Chamber members that are subject matter experts in their related industries.

Join local business leaders such as Bentrust Financial, Jungle Island, Camillus House, YWCA, Pro Translating, Rothstein Rosenfeldt Adler, Passport Health Miami and Brown Mackie College by highlighting your business services in our NEW HR Resource Directory. This directory will be an essential resource for all Chamber Members, and a unique marketing tool for those members who provide such products or services.
