Creative Industries Goals
Engage the local business community (for-profit and not-for-profit), government agencies and educational institutions (the Stakeholders
") in developing Miami-Dade County’s creative economy. This goal is comprised of four components: education, events, communication and long term planning.
Provide education and information to Stakeholders regarding the importance of and the need to strengthen Miami-Dade's creative economy. Develop opportunities to demonstrate the importance of creative workers and approaches to business issues.
Develop and execute events that target creative industries Stakeholders and other businesses, that also serve as opportunities for business promotion.
Develop and maintain a comprehensive communication program in order to provide information concerning the Committee, its mission, activities and the local creative economy as a whole to Stakeholders and other interested parties.
Work with community partners/stakeholders to develop longer term strategies for continued growth of the creative economy in Miami-Dade County.

Your Discount Tickets to the Arts and Sports
The Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce initiated a major audience development initiative, formally known as e-Arts Pass, to help develop increased ticket buying and participation of Miami-Dade's growing and diverse business community in arts and cultural events. The E-Pass now known as E-Pass to Arts, Sports & Attractions is a monthly e-mail promoting cultural, sporting and entertainment organizations with the purpose of
notifying our members of two for one discount tickets or special offers from participating organizations.
